Taco Pork Chops
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Canned diced tomatoes||28 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Crumbled tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Coat the chops with the flour and brown in hot oil in a skillet.
Place the chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the onion slices over the chops.
Mix the undrained tomatoes and chili powder together and pour evenly over the onion layer.
Sprinkle with the tortilla crumbs and smooth the top with a wooden spoon.
Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
