Melt the butter in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix the cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt in a bowl.
Beat the egg and milk in another bowl.
Coat each pork chop with the crumb mixture, then dip in the milk mixture.
Coat with crumbs again and arrange the breaded chops in the buttered baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake for 20 to 30 minutes longer or until cooked through.
