Oven Pork Chops is a well loved pork dish that is often made again and again at home. Try this Oven Pork Chops recipe for yourself and you will understand why it is so addictive!
Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 (1 inch thick)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Brown pork chops in frying pan, seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place in baking dish.
On each one place a mound of dressing made of crumbs, onion, celery, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour remaining milk around chops.
Cover; bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until well done.
Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer until browned.
