Oven Pork Chops
|Pork chops||4 (1 inch thick)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Brown pork chops in frying pan, seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place in baking dish.
On each one place a mound of dressing made of crumbs, onion, celery, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour remaining milk around chops.
Cover; bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until well done.
Remove cover; bake 15 minutes longer until browned.
