Quick & Easy Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 32 Ounce (4 pieces, 8 ounce each)
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

Remove all visible fat from the pork.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, green onions, garlic and pepper in a flat glass pan.
Dip each tenderloin into the soy ginger sauce and place in the grill.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each tenderloin.
Grill for 4-6 minutes, or according to your preference.
