Arabic Pork Chops
|Pork chops||5 (Around 0.5 Inch Thick)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Long grain rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper rings||5|
Slowly brown chops; drain off excess fat.
Sprinkle seasoning over meat.
Add rice, onion and chopped green peppers.
Cover with pepper rings.
Pour enough water around meat to reach top.
Cover well; bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Cook for 25 to 35 minutes.
