Pork Steak Casserole is a yummy pork preparation that will be a winner at the next party you host. I served the well flavored Pork Steak Casserole last week for my husband's colleagues and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
  Pork steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into small pieces
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken noodle soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream and mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned peas 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon

Brown pork steak.
In a separate pan, brown celery and onions.
Add soups, peas and pea liquid plus enough water to equal 1 cup liquid to pork.
Add onions, celery, rice and worcestershire sauce.
Put mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
