Soupy Pork Steak Casserole
|Pork steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into small pieces|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken noodle soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream and mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned peas||6 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Brown pork steak.
In a separate pan, brown celery and onions.
Add soups, peas and pea liquid plus enough water to equal 1 cup liquid to pork.
Add onions, celery, rice and worcestershire sauce.
Put mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
