|Bone roast||4 Pound (1 Unit)|
|Soy sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine ingredients and marinate meat at least 4 hours.
Skim off 2 tbs. oil into skillet.
Dredge meat in flour.
Brown meat on both sides.
Add marinade and simmer slowly for 2 hours.
Remove meat and thicken marinade with 2 Tbs. Cornstarch, 1/4 Cup Water.
Serve with steamed rice.
