Roast Oriental

Try this delicious version of Roast Oriental recipe. I am sure, once you taste this deadly combination of bone roast and orange juice, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Bone roast 4 Pound (1 Unit)
  Soy sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate meat at least 4 hours.
Skim off 2 tbs. oil into skillet.
Dredge meat in flour.
Brown meat on both sides.
Add marinade and simmer slowly for 2 hours.
Remove meat and thicken marinade with 2 Tbs. Cornstarch, 1/4 Cup Water.
Serve with steamed rice.
