Pork Roast

Ingredients
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 package)
  Pork roast 4 Pound (1 piece)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Line pan with heavy duty foil allowing enough to cover top of roast.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on bottom of foil lined pan; place roast on top.
Sprinkle top of roast with garlic powder.
In a saucepan, combine milk, mushrooms and butter.
Heat over low flame; add flour.
Mix to be a soupy consistency.
More flour may be added, if needed.
Season to taste.
Pour over roast; cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degreesuntil done, about 2 hours.
