Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||4|
|Low sodium teriyaki marinade||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Natural peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon (Low Sodium)|
|Red pepper flakes||1 Pinch|
|Romaine lettuce head||1|
|Cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), thin sliced|
|Shredded carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Scallions||4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped|
|Cilantro||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat)|
Place all ingredients in bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
Mix: all ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Mix; all dry ingredients for the salad in large bowl.
Grill marinated pork chops 3-5 minutes per side, (till internal temperature is 160*F)
Combine, salad and dressing and serve with grilled pork chops.
(Chicken could be substituted for the pork chops)
