Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops

Pork, peanut and and crunchy salad, a dish that makes a complete meal. Simple to cook and healthy too. If you wish you can change pork meat with chicken. The dish will be all the same delicious.
  Pork loin chops 4
  Low sodium teriyaki marinade 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Natural peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon (Low Sodium)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), thin sliced
  Shredded carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Scallions 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
  Cilantro 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat)

Pork Chops:
Place all ingredients in bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Peanut Dressing:
Mix: all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Mix; all dry ingredients for the salad in large bowl.

Grill marinated pork chops 3-5 minutes per side, (till internal temperature is 160*F)

Combine, salad and dressing and serve with grilled pork chops.

(Chicken could be substituted for the pork chops)
