  Baby back ribs 4 Pound
  Liquid smoke 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon

Slice the ribs into individual pieces.
Parboil the ribs for 20 minutes.
(To parboil ribs: cook the ribs for 20 minutes in a steamer rack over a pan of boiling water).
Cool and remove any visible fat.
Place the ribs in a flat glass pan.
Combine the liquid smoke, pepper, salt, garlic, oil, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and orange juice and pour over the ribs.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Discard the marinade and place the ribs in the grill in a single layer.
Grill for 5-7 minutes.
Keep the cooked ribs warm on a serving platter while grilling any remaining ribs.
