Pineapple Marinated Pork

If you were looking for a unique and tasty pork preparation, the you don have to look any further! Try this wonderful Pineapple Marinated Pork! I am sure you will be addicted to this this well flavored Pineapple Marinated Pork for life!
  Pork tenderloins 32 Ounce
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slices/4 canned pineapple slices 4 (Half Inch Thick)
  Slivered almond pieces 2 Ounce
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped

Remove any visible fat from the pork and place the pork in a flat glass pan.
Combine the pineapple juice, cinna mon, ginger and salt and pour over the pork.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2-12 hours.
Coat the grill with cook ing spray and preheat for 5 minutes.Grill the pork for 3 minutes.
Top each tenderloin with 1 pineapple slice: Grill for 2-3 minutes, or according to your preference.
Garnish each tenderloin with slivered almonds and cilantro and serve.
