Pork Chops A Lorange
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant blending flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; lightly dust with flour.
Brown on both sides in a well heated heavy skillet.
Pour off excess fat.
Reduce heat; cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
Mix juice, rind, flour and sugar.
Pour over chops.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Serve with a slice of orange and sprig of parsley.
