Pork Chops A Lorange is one of my husbands favorite pork dishes. If you are a pork lover, try these excellent Pork Chops A Lorange recipe. Trust me you will love it!
Ingredients
  Pork chops 8
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Instant blending flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; lightly dust with flour.
Brown on both sides in a well heated heavy skillet.
Pour off excess fat.
Reduce heat; cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
Mix juice, rind, flour and sugar.
Pour over chops.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Serve with a slice of orange and sprig of parsley.
