Cornflake Crumbed Baked Pork Chops

The Baked Pork Chops is a filling dish that I usually fro serve for a grand dinner party at home. Till date, the dish has only received praises from all who ate it. Follow this wonderful Baked Pork Chops recipe!
Ingredients
  Thick pork chops 6
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cornflake crumbs 6 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dip in flour and beaten egg, then in cornflake crumbs.
Bake in a well buttered baking pan for 45 minutes in 300 degree oven.
Turn once after 30 minutes of baking.
