Stuffing-Topped Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 (Loin Or Rib, 1 Inch Thick)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Herb seasoned stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Arrange meat in ungreased baking dish, 131/2X9X2 inches.
Add the water and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
Cook and stir celery and onion in butter until tender; stir in stuffing and corn.
Spoon 1/3 cup stuffing onto each chop.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes longer.
Accompany with buttered spinach and Okra and Tomato Salad
