  Pork chops 6
  Shortening/Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion slices 6 (Thin)
  Thin lemon slices 6
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Salt and pepper pork chops as desired.
Brown seasoned pork chops in a heavy skillet greased with' shortening.
Add small amount water.
Top each pork chop with 1 onion slice and 1 lemon slice.
Sprinkle with brown sugar; add catsup.
Cover; cook over low heat until tender 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve at once.
