Curried Pork Tenderloin

Curried Pork Tenderloin is rich with a spicy twist and is easy to prepare too. Pork, sweet paprika, and curry powder play a part in adding to the flavor of this Curried Pork Tenderloin. Just give this yummy Curried Pork Tenderloin a try.
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hungarian sweet paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Mango chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Preheat oven to 425°.
Trim fat from tenderloin.
Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
Rub tenderloin with spice mixture.
Place tenderloin on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 150° (slightly pink).
Let stand 5 minutes before slic ing.
Serve with chutney.
