Glazed Pork Loin Roast
|Boneless pork loin roast||2 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut into fourths|
|Orange marmalade||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Make 4 slits in fat on pork roast with tip of sharp knife; insert a piece of garlic in each slit.
Sprinkle roast with salt.
Place fat side down on microwave roasting rack or inverted saucer in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave 12 minutes; turn roast fat side up.
Cover tightly and let stand 10 min utes.
Microwave 5 minutes.
Mix marmalade, mustard and thyme; spread on roast.
Cover loosely and microwave until roast is done (170Â°), 5 to 7 minutes.
