Ala Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Flour 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Uncooked ala 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Strained tomatoes/Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onions 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim fat from pork chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Melt fat in large skillet; brown chops on both sides.
Combine uncooked ala, tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, onions and green pepper; pour over chops.
Cover skillet.
Cook 45 minutes; do not uncover.
