Breaded Pork Chops
|Pork chops||6 (0.75 Inch Thick)|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Cornflake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Season chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Dredge in cornflakes and dip in combined egg and milk.
Then dredge again in crumbs.
Heat shortening in cooker and brown each chop on both sides.
Add orange juice; close cooker.
Set pressure control in place and, when pressure is reached, cook for 14 minutes.
Allow the pressure to drop naturally.
