  Pork chops 6
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Apples 4 , unpeeled, cored, sliced
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown chops on both sides in hot fat.
Place apple slices in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
Top with pork chops.
Cover; bake 1 hour and 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
