1 Kilogram (3 Fillets)
2 Large, chopped
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Place pork fillets on Low Rack and cook for 18 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°C, turning twice.
Cut into 2.5cm slices.
Place pork, onions in a 2-litre casserole dish.
Sprinkle flour evenly over the mixture and stir well.
Pour red wine over pork; add pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°G Stir in cream 5 minutes before end of cooking time.
Serve with hot buttered noodles.
