Skillet Pork Chops 'N' Rice

It is no wonder that Skillet Pork Chops 'N' Rice is my favorite dish. This dish is both tasty and filling. Treat your family with this brilliant Skillet Pork Chops 'N' Rice recipe!
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Wesson oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 4
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Can)
  Minute rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lightly saute onion and celery in wesson oil.
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; add chops to skillet.
Brown on both sides; remove from skillet.
Add water, brown sugar, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce.
Stir; bring to a boil.
Add rice; stir.
Return chops to skillet; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Pour on remaining tomato sauce; cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
