Casserole Of Pork And Apples

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 3 Pound, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions/2 onions sliced 4 , washed and sliced
  Green cooking apples 2 , peeled, cored and sliced
  Curry powder/Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Apple cider 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  White vermouth/Apple brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the pork in hot oil in a skillet and transfer the cubes to a casserple.
Cook the leeks or onions and apples in the same oil for 3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the cumin or curry powder and cook 1 minute.
Stir in the flour and all the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a 2-quart glass or ceramic cas serole.
Cover and cook in the microwave oven for 1 hour on "roast" setting.
Rotate the dish one quarter of a turn after 30 minutes.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
