Sweet And Pungent Pork

Ingredients
  Green peppers 3 Large
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Eggs 2
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Pork 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pineapple cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut green peppers diagonally, into about 8 pieces to each pepper.
Cut tomatoes into wedges, 8 pieces to each tomato.
Set aside.
Make abatter, using eggs, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water; mix well.
Dip pork into batter; fry in hot deep oil until well done.
Set pork aside.
Mix 3/4 teaspoon salt and a dash of black pepper in a pot with all ingredients except tomatoes and pork.
Mix well; bring to a boil.
Add pork and tomatoes; mix thoroughly and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve over: fluffy rice topped with chinese noodles and soy sauce.
