Barbecued Pork Chops With Nutmeg

Ingredients
  Lean pork chops 8
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Brown chops in hot fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Turn chops once during baking.
