Dijon Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pork tenderloins 24 Ounce
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

Remove any visible fat from the pork.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, mustard, ginger, lemon juice, oil, pepper and salt.
Place the pork in the grill and generously brush with the Dijon mustard sauce.
Grill for 4-6 minutes.
