Pork Chop Dinner
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Brown pork chops in 12 inch skillet; remove.
Slice pared potatoes and onion.
Alternate potatoes and onion in layers in skillet; season vegetables with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops on top; season chops with salt and pepper.
Pour water in skillet.
Cover; cook at medium heat on top of stove for 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley; serve.
