Cider-Sauced Pork Chops
|Shallots||2 , finely chopped|
|Chopped parsley||4 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Pork chops||3 , cut into 0.5 inch thick (About 1 Pound)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Apple cider||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine shallots, parsley, salt, and pepper, stir well.
Pat onto both sides of pork chops, and place chops in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Drizzle butter over chops, then cover and bake at 325Â° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, uncover and drain drippings.
Pour cider over chops, bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes or until done.
