Cider-Sauced Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Shallots 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 3 , cut into 0.5 inch thick (About 1 Pound)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine shallots, parsley, salt, and pepper, stir well.
Pat onto both sides of pork chops, and place chops in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Drizzle butter over chops, then cover and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, uncover and drain drippings.
Pour cider over chops, bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes or until done.
