Barbecue Grilled Pork Chops
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Ounce|
|Charcoal seasoning||4 Dash|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
Brown pork chops on barbecue grill for about 10 minutes on each side or until brown.
Mix water with barbecue sauce.
Add lemon juice, charcoal' seasoning, salt and garlic powder.
When chops are browned, place in foil or pan with cover; pour sauce over chops.
Cover or close foil; simmer on grill 30 minutes.
