Shrimp And Pork Pancit

Ingredients
  Pork steaks 4
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
  Bell pepper 1
  Celery stalks 2
  Cooked rice/Cooked noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 1
  Onion 1 Small
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut pork steaks into bite size pieces and brown.
Chop celery, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms and saute in butter.
Add garlic and soy sauce and season to taste.
Add water and shrimp and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
