Classic Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 3
  Salt To Taste
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Green pepper slices 4 (Few Rings)
  Beef consomm 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Canned Or Fresh)
Directions

Brown floured pork chops in hot fat; salt to taste.
Grease Pyrex dish.
Add rice, chops, some drippings, sliced onion, green pepper rings, beef consomme and tomatoes.
Cook 15 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees.
Uncover; bake 45 minutes or until most of moisture is absorbed
