Pork Tenderloin Bake

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 6
  Tomatoes 2
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange slices of tenderloin in greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, rice and water.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
