Ingredients
  Pork loin chops 6
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti sauce mix 1 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Pound (2 cans, 1 pound each)
Directions

Brown chops in large skillet.
Arrange in shallow 8 cup baking dish.
Top with onion and brown sugar.
Blend sauce mix and tomatoes into pan drippings; bring to boiling; spoon around chops, cover.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°) 1 hour; uncover; bake 15 minutes longer, or until tender.
