Pork Chops Cacciatore
|Pork loin chops||6|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Spaghetti sauce mix||1 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Pound (2 cans, 1 pound each)|
Brown chops in large skillet.
Arrange in shallow 8 cup baking dish.
Top with onion and brown sugar.
Blend sauce mix and tomatoes into pan drippings; bring to boiling; spoon around chops, cover.
Bake in a moderate oven (350Â°) 1 hour; uncover; bake 15 minutes longer, or until tender.
