Pork Chop Dinner
|Pork loin||4 , 1 inch thick (or rib chops)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, pared|
Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat.
Drain off fat.
Add water and vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly; simmer 1 hour or until done.
