|Celery stalks||4 , sliced (About 2 Cups)|
|Gravy||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned bean sprouts||20 Ounce, drained|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving)|
Cook and stir mushrooms (with liquid), pork and celery in butter until celery is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in gravy; reduce heat.
Cover tightly; simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in bean sprouts; heat through.
Serve on chow mein noodles.
