Pork Stir Fry

The pork stir fry is a one pan preparation of pork loin cut in thin slices and cooked with beans. Flavored with spices and soy sauce, along with ginger and red pepper, the pork stir fry can be served with hot and cooked rice or noodles.
  Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into thin slices
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Frozen cut green beans 10 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Heat oil in a non stick skillet; add pork strips and garlic and stirfry until lightly browned.
Add green beans; stir fry until the beans and pork are tender, about 5 minutes.
Push the meat and beans to 1 side of the skillet.
Add sugar, soy sauce, red pepper and ginger; stir to dissolve sugar.
Add sesame oil and vinegar.
Stir to coat meat and beans.
Serve immediately with cooked rice, if desired.
