Cranberry-Ginger Pork Chops
|Center cut pork chops||24 Ounce (4 pieces, 6 ounce each)|
|Cranberry juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Peeled grated ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Trim fat from chops.
Combine chops, juice, and next 3 ingredients in a zip top plastic bag.
Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade.
Place chops on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink (150Â°), basting frequently with reserved marinade.
