Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 (About 1 Inch Thick Well Trimmed)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oranges 2 (Sections Removed From Membranes)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon (In 2 Tablespoons Cold Water, Mixed Until Smooth)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dredge pork chops with flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown in hot oil on both sides in a large skillet.
Place in slow cooker with orange sections and raisins.
Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir and heat until sauce boils and is thickened.
Pour over pork and fruit in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Spoon fruit and accumulated cooking liquid over chops when served.
