Curried Pork With Shrimp

Ingredients
  Pork shoulder 1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Celery stalks 3 , cut into 0.25 inch slices
  Scallions 2 , cut into 1/8 inch slices
  Water or chicken broth 1⁄2 Tablespoon (In 0.5 Cup Water Or Chicken Broth)
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Marinate pork in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and brown curry powder and onion until the aroma becomes strong.
Stir fry the pork for about 4 minutes or until well done.
Push aside.
Combine celery and scallions and stir fry 1 to 2 minutest Return pork and add cornstarch mixture.
Heat until sauce is clear and thickened and shrimp are heated through.
Serve with noodles.
