Curried Pork With Shrimp
|Pork shoulder||1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Celery stalks||3 , cut into 0.25 inch slices|
|Scallions||2 , cut into 1/8 inch slices|
|Water or chicken broth||1⁄2 Tablespoon (In 0.5 Cup Water Or Chicken Broth)|
|Cooked shrimp||1⁄2 Pound|
Marinate pork in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and brown curry powder and onion until the aroma becomes strong.
Stir fry the pork for about 4 minutes or until well done.
Combine celery and scallions and stir fry 1 to 2 minutest Return pork and add cornstarch mixture.
Heat until sauce is clear and thickened and shrimp are heated through.
Serve with noodles.
