1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt)

Marinate pork in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and brown curry powder and onion until the aroma becomes strong.
Stir fry the pork for about 4 minutes or until well done.
