Rollmops Of Pork
|Pork roll slices||6 Ounce|
|Softened cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Dill pickle||1 Large|
Spread each slice of pork roll with cream cheese.
Slice pickle into eight slices length wise.
Place a pickle slice in the center of each pork slice; roll tightly.
Fasten with toothpicks; refrigerate.
To serve, slice across roll.
May be frozen.
NOTE: Beef roll may be substituted for pork.
