Raisin & Celery Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Orange 1 Large, peeled and chopped
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 2 (1 Inch Thick, With Pockets)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
Stir until well mixed.
Stuff pork chops.
Pre-heat browning dish according to manufacturer's directions.
Set chops in browning dish.
Cook on HI, 4 to 6 minutes.
Turn and cook on HI, 4 to 6 minutes, or until meat is done.
