Red Roast Pork

The Red Roast Pork is a brilliant recipe for mouthwatering roast pork. The flavor of the spices compliments the Red Roast pork and leaves your mouth watering. You have to experience the dish personally to fully understand the Red Roast Pork's wondrous taste
  Pork fillet 1 Pound
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Five spice powder 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soft brown sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon

Trim the pork but leave it in one piece.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients except the oil and combine them thoroughly.
Place the meat in a dish, brush it with oil and then coat it in sauce.
Marinate the pork for 1-2 hours.
Spoon more oil over the pork, place on a rack in a roasting pan and roast in a hot oven (425°F/220°C, Mark 7) for 10 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to moderate (350°F/180°C, Mark 4) for 30-35 minutes.
Cut the fillet in slices diagonally and serve on a hot plate.
NOTE: Other cuts of pork may be roasted with this sauce.
Adjust the roasting time, allowing 35 minutes per pound.
