Gingered Grilled Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated ginger root||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Trim excess fat from chops, place chops in a shallow baking dish.
Combine next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; pour over pork chops.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove pork chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
Arrange pork chops on a grill coated with cooking spray.
Grill 5 to 6 inches over medium coals 20 minutes or until pork chops are tender, basting frequently with marinade.
