Seeded Pork Roast
|Boneless pork top loin roast||3 1⁄2 Pound|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Fennel seed||2 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seed||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill seed||2 Tablespoon|
Trim fat from roast.
Rub soy sauce over the surface of the roast with your fingers.
Combine aniseed, fennel seed, caraway seed, and dillseed.
Roll meat in seed mixture to coat evenly; wrap in foil and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight.Remove foil from meat.
Insert a meat thermometer near center of roast.
Place roast in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 11/2 to 1 3/4 hours for medium 160Â°F (71 Â°c or 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours for well-done 170Â°F (77Â°C).
Let stand 15 minutes
