Perfect Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

This is a pork tenderloin snack or mini meal dish. Quick to make, you can carry it along also.
Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Medium, sliced into butterfly shape
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bun slice 2
  Mustard sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Leaf lettuce 1
  Sliced onion 1
  Sliced tomato 1
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the butterfly shaped pork between a plastic wrap.
With the back of a knife, pound the meat and flatten it.
In a bowl, combine egg, milk, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, and pepper.
Mix them well.
Add flattened pork to the mixture.
Cover/chill/marinade for 4 hours.
In a plate, put bread crumbs.
Coat both sides of your pork with it.
Cover/chill for 10 minutes.
Medium-high heat the skillet.
Add canola oil to the skillet.
Add pork, deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
Drain on a paper.
In a plate, put a slice of bun.
Add fried pork, mustard sauce, leaf lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayonnaise to the bun.
Make the sandwich by putting another bun slice on top.
Enjoy!
