Pork With Apple And Parsnips

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops/Rib chops 4 , about 1/2 inch thick
  Parsnips 3 Medium
  Onion 1 Medium
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apples 1 Medium
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook pork in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides.
Place parsnips and onion on pork.
Mix chicken broth, mustard, salt, allspice and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 35 to 40 minutes.
Arrange apple on vegetables.
Cover and cook just until apple is tender, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
