This weekends menu was a chili-orange glazed bone in pork loin. It was spicy with a hint of orange in it. This can be done on the grill or in the oven.

Dry rub | 3 Tablespoon | |
Peanut oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
For glaze | ||
Chili sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Hoisin sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
Sriracha sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Orange zest | 2 Tablespoon | |
Brown sugar | 4 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill to 375F.
MAKING
2. Drizzle peanut oil over pork and rub all over, season with the rub to coat all sides. Place the loin on the heated grill and grill for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160-165F.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix together, chili sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, orange zest and brown sugar.
4. After 2.5 hours of grilling, baste the loin with the glaze after every 10 minutes.
SERVING
5. Cut into slices and serve with orange rings.
