This Slow Cooker Pulled Pork recipe is so easy and I make it often. You can use the pulled pork for so many different recipes...pizza, sandwiches, bruschetta, wraps, etc! And making it in a crockpot or slow cooker makes it super simple and cooks it low and slow.

Ingredients

Boneless pork loin 4 Pound (top loin roast (3
Salt and pepper To Taste
Pineapple juice 12 Ounce
Bbq sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Season pork all over with salt and pepper.

2. In the slow cooker, place pork and pour the pineapple juice. Cover with a lid and cook on low overnight, no less than 8 hours and up to 12 hours.

3. When the pork is done cooking, remove the enameled pot from the slow cooker and place it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or until the fat hardens.

4. Remove the solidified fat with a spoon and discard. Strain the liquid.

5. Into a saucepan, pour the strained liquid (mixture of pineapple and pork juice) and simmer over medium high heat.

6. Add the BBQ sauce. Cook for 20 minutes or until slightly reduced.

7. Shred the pork and toss it into the BBQ sauce.
