Wipe roast with clean, damp cloth.
Blend all other ingredients into paste-like marinade.
Place roast in dish that holds it snugly, and pour marinade over.
Cover dish, and set in cool place 5Ã¢â‚¬â€6 hours or longer, basting and turning meat occasionally.
Preheat oven to 325 Ã‚Â°F.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in open pan.
For medium rare, allow about 35 minutes per pound; for well done, 40 minutes.
