Marinated Pork Roast
|Pork roast||5 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
Place roast in large plastic bag; place in deep bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over roast; close bag tightly.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Remove from marinade.
Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or to 175 degrees on meat thermometer, basting with mar- inade occasionally.
